This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to EDELAN KAY.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas and Timelines
We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location:

  • Urban Areas: [e.g., 3-5 business days].
  • Rural or Outlying Areas: [e.g., 5-7 business days].

Should a delay or stock shortage occur after your order has been placed, we shall notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier issues).

·        We do not ordinarily deliver beyond the borders of the Republic of South Africa. However, should you wish to order a product internationally, please contact us: edelankay@gmail.com in order to obtain a quotation which shall include delivery charges.

2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address and the weight of the package. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount, as indicated on our website.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.


Returns Policy

1. Damaged products, defective products, and incorrectly supplied product

You have the right to return products that:

  • Are defective, damaged, or not fit for their intended purpose.
  • Incorrectly supplied.

Returns for these reasons will be accepted within 10 business days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. We will replace the product with another copy of the same product, and will courier it to you free of charge.

If another copy of the same product is not available, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.

2. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for an exchange for reasons other than a defect (e.g., a change of mind), returns may be accepted at our discretion within 7 business days of delivery. In such cases:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
  • Shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.

3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at edelankay@gmail.com within five (5) business days of delivery, with your order details and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges may be subject to stock availability.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • E-books or digital downloads.
  • Clearance or sale items, unless defective.
