However, due to potential variances in digital representation and updates from publishers, the actual appearance of book covers may differ from those displayed on our website. Additionally, book descriptions may occasionally contain minor inaccuracies or vary slightly from the actual content. We therefore do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We recommend referring to the book's details for general guidance.
3.2 Pricing
· All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue books and products at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price.
3.3 Orders
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
- In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will try to the best of our ability to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store. You also agree to promptly update your account details, including your email address, credit card information, and expiration dates, to ensure seamless transaction processing and effective communication.

4.1 Payment Methods
- We accept various payment methods, which will be indicated at checkout. All payments must be made in full before shipment of the products.

- All payment transactions are processed through secure and encrypted methods. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping
- We deliver across South Africa, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors outside our control. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
5.2 Delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other external factors. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy
- If the products purchased are found to be unsuitable for the purpose, you must within five (5) business days of delivery advise us in writing. You must return the goods delivered within 10 business days of delivery of such goods for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy.
6.2 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to process.
